30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If Sinuray isn't part of your routine within 30 days of delivery, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

  • The 30-day window starts from the date your order is delivered.
  • To start a return, email support@sinuray.com with your order number.
  • We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Devices should be returned with all original accessories (charging cable, pouch) when possible.
  • Used devices are accepted under the guarantee — you don't need to keep the product unopened to qualify.
  • We reserve the right to decline refunds for items showing signs of damage unrelated to normal use.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Sinuray device arrives damaged or stops working properly:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@sinuray.com with photos or a description of the issue.
  • We'll send a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund — your choice.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship.
  • Once an order has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies instead.

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during a promotional sale are eligible for the same 30-day guarantee unless otherwise stated at checkout.
