Shipping
How long does shipping take? Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days; expedited shipping takes 2–3 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.
Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the United States only. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy? We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Sinuray isn't part of your routine within 30 days of delivery, email us for a full refund — no questions asked.
Does the device need to be unused to qualify for a refund? No — used devices are accepted under our 30-day guarantee.
What if my device arrives damaged? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
How long do refunds take? Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of us receiving your returned item.
Account & Orders
Can I cancel my order? Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies instead.
